Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Place tablespoon-sized mounds of shredded cheese about 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Use cookie cutters to shape into festive Halloween forms like pumpkins, ghosts, or bats if desired.
- Sprinkle optional seasonings over the cheese mounds for added flavor.
- Bake for 6–8 minutes, watching closely around the 5-minute mark, until edges are golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and allow crisps to cool completely on the baking sheet before lifting with a spatula. They’ll firm up as they cool.
